WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am based out of Long Beach, CA for part of the year and Brooklyn, NY for the other portion.

Yes. I can travel anywhere you are.

CAN WE CALL YOU WITH OUR QUESTIONS INSTEAD OF EMAIL?

I’m sorry for privacy reasons I have chosen to not include my phone number on my website. But if you would rather call me then email, just send me a first email and give me your name, number and the best time to reach you and I will call you back.

THE WEBSITE IS DECLINING MY CREDIT CARD. WHAT DO I DO?

Most often, customers encounter issues using their credit card because they have entered a name and/or address that does not match the billing name and address on file for the card. CAN I HAVE YOU CREATE A CUSTOM PRINT?

THIS IS A GIFT. DO YOU INCLUDE THE PRICE WITHIN THE PACKAGE?

We do not include a price or an invoice with any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note in your order, please email your order number and message to justin@justinsnyderphoto(dot)com

Will I be charged sales tax?

We pay your sales tax for you.

I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A PRINT OF AN IMAGE I SAW ON YOUR BLOG, BUT IT IS NOT IN YOUR SHOP FOR SALE, CAN I PURCHASE IT?

Yes, any image anywhere on my website can be made into a print for you. Just contact me through my contact page and let me know what image you would like and I will get back to you right away.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. However, if you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us directly at justin@justinsnyderphoto(dot)com

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE DELIVERY?

Given how special the artwork is to us, we require that all prints are signed for upon delivery.

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE READY TO HANG?

Each order arrives with everything you need to hang it immediately. You will receive protective paperback finish, wall bumpers, hanging hardware, nails and hanging and care instructions.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your shipment date is determined by the type (unframed or framed) and the size of the artwork ordered.
All unframed prints will ship within 6 to 10 business days from the date ordered.

For all framed orders, please allow 2 to 3 weeks.
